Tony is the owner of Sergio’s Pest Pros. His father, Sergio, founded the company in 1976. Tony has been working in the pest control industry with his father since he was a boy of 10 years old. Many of you remember him accompanying his father to your homes and learning the trade. When Sergio retired to Florida in 1995, Tony purchased the company from him. Tony’s dedication to his business and his philosophy of providing superior customer service fueled Sergio’s expansion just by word of mouth! Now with over 35 years of experience in the pest control industry, Sergio’s Pest Pros is very proud to service over 7,000 clients in the tri-county area.

Tony is married to the love of his life, Susan Papazian Cobb. Together they form an awesome team. Susan assists Tony with the management of employees and daily functions at Sergio’s. Tony also invests many hours assisting Susan with the management and expansion of Hunter House Hamburgers in Birmingham. Together they have raised Tony’s son, Dion (17), and Susan’s two children, son, Kelly (23) and daughter, Jackie (22). When he isn’t working, he takes pleasure in travelling, golf, bowling, snowboarding or just lazing around the pool, always making time to enjoy life with his family and friends.

Misty Kincius, Office Manager

Misty was hired into the Sergio’s family nearly one year ago. She had 2 years of prior pest control office experience before joining Sergio’s. She is a great addition to our team and has been running the office with conscientious diligence. Hers is the voice on the phone that handles all of your calls. Her youthful and upbeat personality is a plus in our office, and Misty keeps all of our tech’s routes running smoothly. She intends to be with Sergio’s for many years to come – and we hope so, too! Misty has 2 beautiful and vivacious daughters, ages 7 and 9, and is getting married later this year. In her spare time, she is very involved with her family, as she has 8 siblings! This, indeed, is what gives her that team spirit!

Keith Bunetta, Sales Consultant

Keith and Tony met on a bowling league in West Bloomfield 20 years ago and have been friends ever since. Keith has been inspecting homes for 27 years in the low voltage wiring field, providing security and audio/video systems for homes and businesses. Due to the failing economy, Keith opted to make a career change and Tony offered him an opportunity with Sergio’s. His background in the building industry gives him the insight that he needs to help solve the most difficult pest problems. Keith now does most of Sergio’s home pest inspections. By meeting and talking with each prospective new customer, he supplies information on all of our pest control services and helps you determine your needs specific to your home. He is a fine and conscientious gentleman, a true friend, and we are proud to have him as a representative of our company. In Keith’s spare time, he bowls on the Sergio’s bowling team, avidly plays golf, and loves to travel.

Craig Fleischer, Service Technician/Consultant

Craig and Tony met on a golf league and have been friends for many years. Craig retired from Ford Motor Company after 35 years and decided he wasn’t quite ready to sit around. When the opportunity arose for Craig to join our team, he was eager to study and train to gain the necessary skills to work for Sergio’s. He passed his pest control certification exams with top scores. Craig trained with Sergio himself as well as with our other technicians, and is now truly qualified to take care of your pest control needs. Craig’s outgoing personality and sincere enthusiasm ensure that he will be a long term addition to the Sergio’s team. Craig is happily married to a beautiful and energetic wife. When they need a getaway, they jet off to their 2nd home in Arizona. Craig is also an avid golfer, and a Harley motorcycle enthusiast. When he isn’t working, you can find him on the course with his wife or cruising down the country roads on their Harley.

Ray Roberson, Service Technician/Consultant

Ray began working for Sergio’s 6 years ago. We were thrilled to add Ray to our team, as he has over 27 years of experience in the pest control industry. Ray is our top-producing technician and works tirelessly to keep your homes pest free. He is always upbeat and business-minded and has an untiring determination to solve all of your pest control needs. Ray is a grandfather with 2 grandchildren. In his spare time, he loves to hunt and is an avid baseball fan

Gary Runyon, Service Technician/Consultant

Gary has been in the pest control business for 12 years. He was initially trained by Tony and worked for Sergio’s for several years. He left the pest control field for personal reasons, but returned to Sergio’s 2 years ago. He is happy to be again working with this great team and for a company with an extraordinary reputation. Gary’s expertise in pest control, along with his outgoing personality and friendly nature make him a perfect addition to the Sergio’s team. He has 2 sons, 2 and 12 years old. In his spare time, he loves motorcycling and camping with his boys. Gary is engaged to be married in the fall and besides his new wife, he will be adding 2 stepdaughters to his family

Sergio DeGennaro, Founder

Sergio and his lovely wife, Sherrye, extend their best wishes to everyone from their home in sunny Florida, just outside of Sarasota. Sergio is looking forward to spending his summer in Michigan again this year helping out in the business with his son and grandson.
