We have been customers of Sergio’s for at least 10 years, having left another company very dissatisfied. We had problems with carpenter ants, and the previous company just could not fix the problem and had no answers. A friend recommended Sergio’s, and from their first visit to our home- we were so much happier. They have always been so efficient, timely, and ready to arrive in a moment’s notice for emergencies; something that was so surprising at the time but making us huge fans. I have since given their card to so many new people in town and family friends. The staff coming to our home and on the phone is always so friendly and courteous- we could not be more please with a service.

Nineteen years ago when my daughter was an infant, I left her apricot stained bib on the floor overnight. The next morning, the floor (which was over a cement slab) seemed to be “moving.” It was ants. I called Sergio’s Pest Control, which I found in the Yellow Pages- and that was lucky for us. We have been getting our house sprayed quarterly since then and we are virtually pest-free. About 10 years ago, when this area had a big spawning of earwigs, Sergio’s came out for a second time and sprayed twice for a couple of quarters in a row- no extra charge. Their treatment was effective and we were able to relax and enjoy our home! This is a reliable family business with modern, clean equipment. Everyone has been very professional and personable. The prices seem reasonable. I don’t know how Sergio’s compares with others; we have never been to another pest control company.
