We start by completely suiting up before anything else. No part of our body is exposed. Then we'll spray them and wait a few minutes.

Even though they're dead inside, there are still many flying around us while removing the nest. The Hornets returning to the nest will sting you. They are very aggressive.

The white capped cells have young that would hatch out soon. The eggs were laid in the center first and outer edge last. That's why you see caps in the middle, cream colored larvae just outside of them and very small larvae or eggs at the outer edges of each layer.

Note there are some flying around. There are many you can't see stinging our suit. Some will continue to buzz the area for a short while after, but we guarantee the nest will not be rebuilt if we do it.

When hiring out to have a nest removed, make sure the company will actually remove the nest. Some Pest Control Companies only kill the Hornets and do not take down the nest.
